Mondays are for movement, community, and inspiration. Whether you’re hopping back on a bike after years away or picking up a basketball for a casual game, you’ll find a place here. We rotate through different park trails for our rides, keeping every week fresh, while our basketball games stay rooted on the same indoor court. Friends and family come together, laughter fills the air, and every step—or pedal—reminds us that staying active is better when we do it together
